VSB — Veiligheid, Service & Bouw values your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit our website or contact us, why we do so and which rights you have.

2. Personal data we process
Through our contact and quote form we process the data you provide: name, email address, phone number, customer type, requested work and your message. We do not request special-category data or identity documents, and the website has no file-upload function.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use your data to answer requests, prepare and perform contracts and comply with legal obligations. The legal bases are pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract, legitimate interests and legal obligations.
4. Recipients
VSB does not sell or share personal data for commercial purposes. Hosting, email and accounting providers may process limited data for us under appropriate agreements. We do not transfer data outside the EEA unless permitted under the GDPR.
5. Retention
Requests that do not result in work are retained only as long as reasonably necessary. Client and project records are kept for the assignment and a reasonable warranty and liability period. Invoices and accounting records are retained for seven years.
6. Security
VSB takes appropriate technical and organisational measures against loss, unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure. The website uses HTTPS and access to systems is restricted.
7. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking, analytics or marketing cookies. It only uses technically necessary browser storage for functional preferences, for which prior consent is not required.
8. Your rights

9. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority through autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
